Email us
We aim to reply within two working days. Please include as much detail as you can so that we can help quickly.
Corrections
If a fixture, kickoff time or score looks wrong, tell us the match, the date and the page address. Fixtures and scores come from football-data.org and can lag behind the real world by a few minutes. Times on the site are shown in East Africa Time (Nairobi).
Questions about a prediction
Our probabilities and scorelines are statistical estimates. You can read how they are produced and how accurate they have been on the How it works and Results pages. We cannot discuss individual predictions as betting tips.
Advertising
For advertising or partnership enquiries, email us with your company name and what you would like to promote. We do not accept ads for illegal products or services.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us with the subject “Privacy request”. See our privacy policy for details.
